How to Set Up Business Email on iPhone (iOS)
Configure your professional email on iPhone using the built-in Mail app with IMAP settings for Braysons Host.

Setting Up Business Email on iPhone
Step 1 — Open Mail Settings
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account
- Select Other (not Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook)
- Tap Add Mail Account
Step 2 — Enter Account Information
- Name: Your name (shown to email recipients)
- Email: your full email address (e.g.,
info@yourdomain.co.ke) - Password: your email account password
- Description: A label (e.g., "Business Email")
Tap Next.
Step 3 — Configure IMAP Settings
Select IMAP at the top.
Incoming Mail Server:Host Name: mail.yourdomain.co.ke
User Name: info@yourdomain.co.ke
Password: your email password
Outgoing Mail Server:
Host Name: mail.yourdomain.co.ke
User Name: info@yourdomain.co.ke
Password: your email password
Tap Next → Save.
Step 4 — Verify SSL Settings
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → tap your new account
- Tap Account → Advanced
- Ensure:
- Server Port: 993 (Incoming)
- Use SSL: On (Outgoing)
- Server Port: 587 (Outgoing)
Troubleshooting
"Cannot connect to server" error:- Double-check the server name (no typos)
- Ensure your email password is correct (test in webmail first)
- Try port 465 with SSL for outgoing if 587 fails
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Fetch New Data
- Set to Push or Every 15 Minutes
