How to Create a Business Email Account in cPanel

Creating Email Accounts in cPanel
Step 1 — Open Email Accounts
- Log into cPanel
- Go to Email → Email Accounts
- Click + Create
Step 2 — Fill in the Details
- Domain: Select your domain from the dropdown
- Username: Type the part before the @ (e.g.,
info,sales,support) - Password: Use the generator for a strong password — save it somewhere secure
- Storage Space: Set a mailbox quota (e.g., 2048 MB = 2 GB) or select Unlimited
Click Create.
Step 3 — Access Your New Email
Via Webmail (browser):Visit https://yourdomain.co.ke/webmail and log in with your full email address and password.
