Paying Your Invoice via M-Pesa

Braysons Host accepts M-Pesa payments directly through our client portal. Here is how to pay in under 2 minutes.

Method 1 — Pay via Client Portal (Recommended)

1. Log into client.braysons.co.ke
2. Go to Billing → My Invoices
3. Click on the unpaid invoice
4. Select M-Pesa as the payment method
5. Enter your M-Pesa phone number (format: 254XXXXXXXXX)
6. Click Pay Now
7. You will receive an M-Pesa STK push on your phone
8. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm
9. Payment is confirmed instantly

Method 2 — Pay via M-Pesa Paybill Directly

If you prefer to pay via M-Pesa menu:

1. Go to M-Pesa → Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill
2. Business Number: (check your invoice for our Paybill number)
3. Account Number: Your invoice number (e.g., INV-00123)
4. Amount: The invoice amount in KES
5. M-Pesa PIN: Enter and confirm

Important: Use your invoice number as the account number so payment is matched to your account automatically.

After Payment

Your invoice will be marked as paid within 5 minutes. Your hosting service will be activated or renewed immediately.

If payment is not reflected after 30 minutes, WhatsApp us at +254 733 338 989 with your M-Pesa confirmation message.
